”This is a nice hotel in downtown Oakland with plenty of food options surrounding the location. Pay attention to the room sizes. It was smaller than I expected.”
”Beds were vwry comfortable and pillows. Very clean and courteous staff. We had one issue with the ac but they were on top of fixing it very quickly.8 Breakfast was good and they had alot of options. Property was very safe and security was 24-7 on the streets. Very close to the bart transportation. ”

Although my king bed room was truly giant (bigger than a few apartments I've lived in) there were no windows to the outside world (only a small one to the hallway/walkway, right at eye level for anyone outside if my blinds were open.) The sound proofing left a lot to be desired - with laminate floors and a large gap under the door, you can hear even the quietest of sounds. Their bed was...
”The best part of this motel is the safety! All rooms and parkings are gated, especially in this unsafe and limited street parking town! The Rooms are clean and spacious! Although no breakfast provided and no microwave, it’s easy to find a place to eat in a walking distance. With this price in Oakland Broadway, this is a nice place to stay. I will stay in this place next time when I come to Oakland. ”
”Very clean and new hotel building. Rooms are tight but clean and have fridge and microwave oven. Since located in downtown Oakland it can get quite busy in surroundings, though 11th street is somewhat calm area. My room windows were on the street side and it was pretty noisy during nights. If you wear ear plugs it is no big deal. I stayed 10 nights and my room wasn't cleaned for once. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but you get what you need to start your day. I probably wouldn't stay here...
