”Very clean and new hotel building. Rooms are tight but clean and have fridge and microwave oven. Since located in downtown Oakland it can get quite busy in surroundings, though 11th street is somewhat calm area. My room windows were on the street side and it was pretty noisy during nights. If you wear ear plugs it is no big deal. I stayed 10 nights and my room wasn't cleaned for once. Breakfast is okay. Nothing fancy but you get what you need to start your day. I probably wouldn't stay here...

”Booked this hotel for a concert I was attending in oracle arena this weekend. The hotel is right off the highway very convenient The hotel its self was really nice inside/outside. ”The room needs to be updated and smelled of chemical cleaners. But location and staff were excellent and helpful. I would stay there again if same circumstances happened. The positives outweighed the negatives for me on this trip.”

”The room was small but comfortable, clean, and safe. Odd detail, but I think the harsh white lightbulbs in the bedroom made it feel more dingy at first than it actually was. My room was interior-facing, so the window didn't let in natural light or fresh air. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nothing fancy but met my needs, and having coffee/tea available all day in the lobby was nice. Overall a basic but comfortable place to say on a solo work trip.”

”Not suitable for disabled people; sidewalk broke up not safe for a disabled persons. Hotel and rooms not ADA compliant. Toilet too low if you are disabled but great if you were a child, clogged most time. It stated house-keeping every day, not true at all. Continental Breakfast, not continental at all. They had coffee, ok flavor, milk, cereal, toast. No trays to carry anything to your table, no fresh fruit or eggs. Shower has no place to put shampoo or soap if bending to the floor was not...
