The Space: Welcome to Casa Fuego Suite E, a spacious and comfortable second floor condo just off Spring Street, perfectly suited for groups of up to five guests. With two bedrooms, one full bathroom, and the option of a sofa bed upon request, this home offers flexible sleeping arrangements in a convenient downtown location!

The condo has its own private entrance and features an open layout designed for relaxing and spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware and a dining area with seating for four, opening into a cozy living room with a Roku enabled flat screen TV. Both bedrooms are located off the main living space and feature king or queen beds, along with their own Roku TVs. A full bathroom is located in the hallway, and an in unit washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, which is well lit and easy to access. Two off street parking spaces are provided, making arrivals and departures simple. Please note there is construction taking place two houses down that may cause occasional daytime noise.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
