”The cottage was great for us. We were in town to attend a football game at the Citadel. The location was convenient to everything. Will and Tricia provide the small details that make for a pleasant stay like coffee pods, shampoo, and even a bottle of wine! They are wonderful, gracious hosts! Peace and Love!”

”Overall it was a really great stay. Clean and exactly what we needed. It close to the beach. A bit of a walk to the town (not super long...12 to 15 min) and parking there was very hard without paying a pretty penny. Many people had golf carts and that seemed like it might have been helpful or a bike or scooter would have been great. No parking issues with that. The house was great. A great beach house...very "beach bungalow" feel. Good spaces, plenty of room for 4-6. Great bedrooms. ...

”Beautiful “white-glove” clean property with A1 proximity to the beach & all things Folly. Didn’t need to drive for any reason. Designated parking for 2 cars gets this spot an A rating. Very responsive & accommodating host. We booked an additional night with no problem. Absolutely wonderful stay! Please NOTE: You must be able to climb stairs without difficulty. Bring your own beach towels. ”

”Goods as advertised. In the middle of all sorts of dining and shopping. A quick trip over the bridge and you're in downtown Charleston. The host was friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for the beach and 4th of july. Would definitely stay again next time we are in town. ”

The first year we stayed downstairs and then the other years we've stayed upstairs with our daughter. The location is so perfect, easy walk to the beach, quick drive to Sullivan's and Charleston.
