”We stayed in the upstairs seahorse cottage for a week. We loved it! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for my family. Everything was in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. We will be returning and would love to book the same cottage next July 4th again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen does have slim supplies but still everything I needed to make meals daily. Thanks Midtown for an awesome stay! ”

”We stayed in a small 1 BD cottage. Although small, it had everything we needed. We loved the front porch with rocking chairs. The pool at the inn is exceptionally clean and the beach and boardwalk are within 5 minutes of walking. They even provided us with umbrella, chair and beach toys. Would stay again.”

”Absolutely wonderful! We stayed overnight after a concert in Charleston with our high school age daughter and her friend. They couldn’t get over how “cute and aesthetic” the cottage was! We all loved the pet and family friendly property, the horses outside, and the many small touches inside that made us feel right at home! We will definitely look at staying here again!”

”Awesome little old school beach cottage. My wife and I and our dogs stayed 6 nights and had a great trip. We really enjoyed walking the dogs around the neighborhood and on the beach. Location is perfect. The furniture is comfortable. AC is very strong house stayed very cool and comfortable. The host Cassidy was great, easy to communicate with and very helpful. We look forward to staying here again on or next trip to Surfside Beach.”

”The neighbor is an up and coming area. The house looks exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Close to Tanger Mall and Folly Beach. The host is very attentive and sweet. She answers your questions within a reasonable timeframe. When we visit Charleston again, we will definitely stay at this location again.”

”Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. ”

”Everything was great; however, the Keurig coffee maker kept spewing coffee and grounds from the pods. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not probably needs to be replaced. We then used the coffeemaker with the pot. ”

”Nice place to stay at. Just make sure you stop by the Dollar store prior to arrival if you wish to wash your clothes as they do not provide detergent for your clothes to be washed. Beautiful property with a good dock to swim off of. ”
