”This was the perfect retreat for a long weekend with friends. So relaxing to sit and look at the sea from the balcony. Condo was clean and cozy and felt like a little home away from home. We loved Fripp Island, a friendly community with beautiful nature scenes and wildlife everywhere! We will be back. ”

”Birdie's Beach Club was a great place for my son and I to get away for a few nights! There was plenty of room for us, we had everything we needed, and the location can't be beat! He was able to walk right out onto the dock and fish and I could see him from the balcony. And if we wanted to grab a bite to eat or go to the beach, it was an easy walk across the street. It's centrally located on the island as well, so we could hop in a golf cart and be on either end of the island in no time. Not to...

Rip Island is a wonderful place to stay as a couple as a family as a group! There is so much to do and so much fun to be had. Our host was wonderful and very great at communicating. We will definitely come back without hesitation if invited.”

”The one thing that will keep me from returning to Fripp is the need to buy an amenities card if you want to eat at most restaurants on the island or go to club pool. I will not return. There are other beaches on the South Carolina coast that I prefer. My husband and I grew up near North Myrtle Beach. Our favorite place to stay is Tilghman resort on ocean blvd. Has pool, view of ocean and short walk to ocean. Also many 5 star restaurants to choose from. No amenities card needed. ”
