Our Cozy Condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay on beautiful Edisto Beach.

The property overlooks the ninth hole of Edisto's only golf course and is a short walk to great restaurants an easy bike or car ride to the beach. Bike rental within walking distance. New 65" TV installed in 2023. New HVAC in 2024. Stacked washer and Dryer. Deck with seating for enjoying the deer and other wildlife. Easy keyless entry.

The host was responsive to needs when alerted and was excellent in helping us recover some left behind items.Kitchen needs new rubber spatula for cooking in nonstick pans. Kitchen needs some kitchen knives for food prep. Kitchen needs ample supply of garbage bags available to replace filled ones. Bathroom needs exhaust vent repaired so it will operate. Bathroom night light needs to be replaced. Current one doesn't work, therefore we left the bathroom light on all night each night. An additional lower bathroom mirror would be nice for shorter people to be able to see to use.The condo was clean and adequate for two average size people. Large people may have some challenges. The HVAC worked well, but could use some alert to the use of the remotes for the HVAC and ceiling light/fan. The TV remote worked, but was reporting low battery. The refrigerator was nice and cold, but could use an ice bucket in the freezer for pulled ice cube storage. The door lock needs a bit more explanation on how to "lock" when leaving. It was difficult to get a locked condition even upon following noted instructions.The overall stay was excellent. It's a 5 minute drive to the beach and you must find beach access parking to use the beach.A better "specific name" for the unit would be nice to have in order to communicate to the resort guard for receiving a parking permit.All of these things would just make the stay flow better and be more convenient. Easy to do for helping people.

Location is good, and it was clean enough, but otherwise not up to standard. The A/C unit was loud and spit chunks of ice and drips of water onto the bedside table. For some reason the TV forced all audio for our streaming service (Amazon) to play in Spanish (I confirmed in my app that it was set to English, and the TV said the same...) Utensils and kitchenware are somewhat cheap and flimsy (and my wife and I wanted to share some wine, but only one wine glass available.) Lots of damage (mainly cosmetic) to walls and furniture - chipped paint, scuffs, etc. Mattress was okay, but pillows were uncomfortable. Outside balcony is okay, but small, and only gets sun in the middle of the day. Walls are thin and dogs were barking late into the night. Would be nice to have some beach chairs or towels available. On the plus side, it has washer/dryer and small kitchen, so it met our needs, but we wouldn't return.

The room was nice and well equipped for cooking. It was in a great location. With this being a new vacation location for me, I did contact Matt a couple of times about recommendations or suggestions and he was so helpful. He was a fantastic host!

The photography for this condo was very misleading. We expected lots more room. There were four of us. Once we saw how small it was, we locked it and went to Wyndham and rented something that was accurately presented to us. I would like a refund.

The room was as described. The code we were given didn't work and it took some time to get in touch with a property manager. There was a neighbor who had a huge dog that he let roam and scared my child. This same neighbor was kind of creepy and asked for the code to get in. I thought that was incredibly weird and made us uneasy to stay in the room whenever he was around.

Everything was as described and everything was clean. The only thing I would say is that the soap and shampoo were out, but thankfully we brought our own. When we got there, the code lock wasn't working, but I was able to call the manager and he picked up immediately and was able to get it fixed right away. Overall 5 stars
