”The house was very welcome and everything was great.”

”The best part was the ocean out on the deck!! Ocean views in a few locations. Underground parking was nice. A few things to know, the coffee pot uses coffee grounds, as far as seasonings, you have salt and pepper. They also have a hairdryer in each bathroom. These are things that are not in the description of the property. The condo is tastefully decorated, has all the comforts of home. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Would stay here again.”

”Central location that was convenient to all that Fripp had to offer. We rented a golf cart to get around. We ate at the restaurants on the island, loved both Bonito Boathouse and The Beach Club ( thanks Camryn ). Beach access was convenient and not crowded. Enjoyed the live music at The Sandbar. Great first trip to Fripp Island and we will be back!”

”Everything was great except the elevator was not working and we had to carry luggage and supplies quite a distance and up stairs.”

”We’ve been vacationing in the area for 30+ years and this is our first time on Fripp. The villa is above the islands convenience store and gift shop. There is an outside elevator but unknown how to use it. When we arrived we found that we needed a code to access the rental that was not provided. Communication was through text so it was easy to communicate but took some time. First night was great although it would be nice if there were extra blankets. ”Shannon started communication with me once we booked the room. She responded to my questions and requests promptly. She offered to help us to book tee time at golf, tennis, restaurant, etc. The room has great view of the ocean, easy access to beach and next to the club complex. ”
