”Beautiful property with breathtaking views. Newly renovated and the attention to detail is obvious with comfortable beds, soft linens, and beautiful furnishings. The host is responsive and provides a fantastic welcome packet with information on beaches, where to find groceries, etc. Highly recommend for your next vacation in paradise.”

”Check in was a little strange - house is left open with keys on the counter. No check out instructions that I could find. Other than that the stay was great. The final part of the road to the VRBO is very rough - I wouldn’t suggest driving it in a car. ”

”My husband and I booked Caramel by the Sea for our honeymoon. We wanted something private with a pool and this home did not disappoint. The views from the pool and back wraparound deck were phenomenal. The interior with the wood and high ceilings was beautiful. It was really helpful to have a greeter meet us at our jeep rental and show us the way to the house. Chef Ted lives below but we only saw him once and he was very personable. The house has everything you could need. Gorgeous kitchen....

”This property is beautiful! We had a few hiccups with a few things but overall a great stay. The properly manage was very responsive on text and the house is well stocked. You definitely need a four wheel drive vehicle here. We had an AWD vehicle for the first few days and had to change (due to the rental car company) and got a 4x4 and it was so much easier. We would definitely stay here again!”

”My wife and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary at this amazing spot in paradise and it was absolutely perfect. From the views and the pool to the location that had us close to everything but far enough away to feel secluded, this easily takes the #1 spot for best VRBO we've ever stayed at.”

”Our group of 5 had enjoyed this home and it's location. It was on a body of water that led out to Chocolate hole. There were paddleboards and kayaks for our use. It was also really close to Cruz Bay. The property manager was responsive and someone met us and took us to the property. We had more than enough room for our group. We didn't even use the first level or one of the bedrooms. Great property for a larger group - multiple decks, bedrooms, kitchens, etc. I can't say enough great things...

”The place was clean and kitchen was up to date. Only bad thing I would say is there was no place to put your clothes away in master bedroom. But great place otherwise!!!!!”

”Our stay was amazing and David, Julie, and Kelley were great to work with. The last day the water went out and David was there within 30 minutes to fix it. Kelley greeted us at Cruz Bay and even helped us transport our luggage to the house. She also set up a day trip to the BVIs which was amazing.This house was perfect for our group of 13 people. It’s spread out perfectly for everyone to enjoy family time along with quiet time when needed.”

”The house worked perfect for our family. A little off the beaten path, which we like. Peace and quiet and beautiful views that go on forever. Nicely stocked with everything you need and a great pool to cool off in. Great beach nearby, but an easy drive to some of the busier beach areas too. Host was quick to answer questions and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!”
