”We were in Fredericton for a graduation. The location was perfect to everything, beautiful walking trail right outside of the building. Every day we had a personal check in from the management to make sure we had everything we needed and would fill up our coffee or anything we needed. Parking was right outside the building, very accessible. The check in and out was easy and convenient. Will definitely stay there again.”

”I arrived past midnight and managed to check in well even though the process took a while. I got a top floor room which was spacious. Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and this was not a nice suprise after 52hrs of travel and just wanting to sleep. Additionally, the next morning when I picked up dropped shampoo from the floor I found a random pill behind the sink counter. In general, the cleanliness could therefore be greatly improved. ”

”Clean room, wonderful friendly staff, excellent breakfast, free parking. Within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. Only charged us a fair $10 extra for our little 10 lb dog. Would stay here again.”

”First I didn t realize two floors no elevator , my fault for not inquiring and assuming. The shower was great except no grips on shower floor very slippery . dirty dishes in hallway from breakfast on day of arrival and still there when we left this am and when first got to hotel noted wet towels on floor in front of some rooms . overall stay ok but wouldn't t book again”

”When I checked in, I asked that my Best Western rewards number be registered and was told because I used Expedia, I couldn't earn points. That was quickly corrected by the manager. I like a clean room and a bathroom I can turn around in, and that's what I got. I loved the pillows, enough to want some for my home. There was a connecting door to the next room, and no lock on it. That was surprising. I had my own lock and used it to secure my space. Breakfast was not spectacular. The cheese...

”Liked that it accommodated our dog. It is good that it is on one floor. Beds were comfortable. I just found that the house cleaning could be improved. Dusty under the bed. Looks like the bathroom was updated recently. It was nice to have the continental breakfast included.”

”When we arrived there no one was at the office and we waited 20 minutes for them to show up. Room was filthy, no toilet paper and very small double bed. Never again”
