”The room was new and clean but the mattress was foam and slept like a hammock. Killed my lower back. The room was relatively small and the layout of the counterspace was uncomfortable. When we checked in, the attendant was nice but not helpful at all. She was there to point me to click on a website to check in and that was it. I will not go back to Wells MOTEL. It's not a hotel, it's a renovated motel.”

”Excellent staff. Caring and helpful. Clean! Nice breakfast. Spacious king size bedroom. Only issue was the single elevator failed and climbing 3 stories was no fun at all. Fortunately it failed one day ago and not at the start of our weeklong stay.”

”Lovely cabin with a very comfortable bed. A little tricky to find at first. WiFi was great. No cell service. Clean and neat with a warm and homey feel. Good communication. I would recommend this properly. ”

”The tubs in our rooms were not clean , carpet had red stains on it looked to be like blood office staff said it was paint but yet there was nothing in the hotel or in the rooms that was painted red. Would have been nice to know the hotel was under construction. The construction workers hung out in the parking lot drinking beer felt very unsafe going to and from the car. Pool was out of order. Had we known all this we would have stayed elsewhere. The so-called Continental breakfast was poorly...

”Very nice stay. Loved the area. Sat in the cool air on the front porch in a rocking chair after a long day's drive. Frank was an excellent host. Quiet at night. ”

”Although I do not Golf i decided to stay in Kingwood - mainly due to its location (ideal for my purposes) and other facilities. The area is beautiful, facilities and services are good and the staff was nice. The lack of microwave oven in the room was basically the minus I had. For a hotel gym, the equipments were good. The indoor pool was big and outdoor pool peacefully quiet.”
