At first they gave us a room on the second floor on the street and I asked to change, but they said there was no other option at the time. When we got to the room, there was an old dental floss pic on the floor and crumbs next to the bed so I asked to change the room and they did. ”Very nice hotel, but some issues occured during our 7 days stay in september 2023. Great location, although lots of noise from building sites etc through the windows. Our room was on 34th floor, so low level room was not the reason. Windows had only double glazing, maybe that's the norm in NYC. Friendly staff, expect one lady in restaurant/lobby bar, who was very rude not once, but twice. Otherwise Restaurant Versa was very nice with good food. Some minor issues with the room. ”Pros: staff was kind and bagels and coffee in the morning were nice since you pay the $30 fee at the property. Clean. I thought the room was an ok size for NYC. Cons: my AC unit was very loud and the sheets were very starched/scratchy so it was difficult to get a good night of sleep.”

”This is my second time staying here and I love almost everything about it. My only complaint was the dining service. There was an exceptionally long time to wait for a burger and a salad. When the food arrived, it was just the burgers. I cancelled the salad shortly thereafter. I was also charged the next morning for two drinks that were complimentary and I presented two coupons for them but I had left at that point and did not realize until after the bill had been settled.
