This cosy home is set just on the outskirts of Chelmsford City Centre, but set back in a quiet and peaceful street. There is a parking space available as shown in the photos. As well as free on street parking. The home is close to the A12 for a direct route into London, and Chelmsford Railway Station is a short taxi ride away. This home also offers very fast WI-FI. Professionally managed by Pass The Keys

The house has a good size living room, with an extremely comfortable sofa. There is also a desk if work was needed to be done. The kitchen has everything that would be needed. Upstairs there is a good size double bedroom, and also a good size bathroom

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
