”Got to the property after booking that day there was no one at the front desk. Waited 30 minutes as per sign requested still nobody at the desk. Call the number and was told that there were no bookings, even though I had an itinerary the woman acted like it was an issue that she had to come and check me in. 15 minutes go by I called the number again. She tells me she’s on her way. Another 30 minutes goes by still no one is there. I’m calling now they’re refusing to answer. I had to call Expedia...
