”The hotel is cute with the Tulum touch, a place to relax and enjoy nature. The cabins are well equiped, good a/c. The small beach area with the pool are a plus. Restaurant need to improve and have all the ingredients. I ordered 3 meals and they couldn't make it. Meal prices are high 20-30 usd and portions are small. Staff are great and ready to help anytime. People at the lobby are great and will give you good recommendations to make the best out of the Tulum experience. I would return if I...

”Our room was clean and location of the hotel was very good.
The breakfast wasn't good and Wifi was very slow. One day we didn't have electricity and water for about 4 hours and they said that it concerns the whole city, even it wasn't (in our friends hotel it was working). It was not worth of the money we paid for this hotel. Also it would had been nice, if the hotel had mentioned about the loud noices of the building site next to our hotel. ”

”Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”
