There was a full-sized fridge and microwave, as well as dishes and utensils as advertised, but only the coffee mugs were microwave safe (the rest of the dishes were plastic - not the kind that even claims to be microwave safe), and there weren’t any cooking implements. No larger bowls or spoons, not even a can opener. Otherwise, the place was...

”Door didnt lock in the back so you didnt need your keycard to get in the building and had access to the rooms. Unsafe. Dryer didnt work and they couldnt just exhange it. They offered to switch rooms, but with a baby and an animal, i chose to stay in the room I was already in. Breakfast was more of a leftovers snack bar. Bread, dry cereal, yogurt. Thats not breakfast. ”

”The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed and pillows gave us a great night’s sleep! All staff were friendly! The breakfast provided a variety of food including hot and cold as well as protein and starches! We would definitely stay again!”

”The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

”The property is ran by a very tentative GM whose leadership reflects in her staffs excellant customer service. The place was not only smelled clean, their wasn't a speck of dust or dirt to be found anywhere. Despite being near the airport it was very quiet. I regularly stay at Holiday Inns across North Americia and this one is number 1 on my list. Thank you Janice and staff for all you do for your clients.”

”TV did not work, no secure outside doors with night access for everyone, downstairs units noisy with kids and jumping from upstairs units, amenities? What is that? Quite run down so price reflects that.”
