”My room was actually not even up to par things were broken in it. It just wasn't a very cleanly Hotel. The free breakfast was not even good.”

He was truly wonderful, kind, and helpful, and I appreciated that he also assists with hotel processes. ”We enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff was very helpful. It looked like they have a very cool pool, but we didn't have a chance to use it.”

”Brewster hall was a pleasant surprise! Everything was clean and the space and beds were amazing. Felt safe, it was quiet, and a good experience. It was a large space but the rooms did not have closets, they had bars to hang up clothing. I would have loved to have seen a suitcase rack in each room and a shoe rack by the front door. But definitely not a deal breaker. We will stay a Brewster Hall every time we come to town if possible.”

”This is a great location for anyone wanting to be near the Hospital District, close to downtown and close to amenities on the South Hill. There is plenty of parking, the room was clean and well laid out. The complimentary breakfast was very good, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and fried potatoes, toast, muffins, cold cereal, water, coffee, tea, and assorted juices.”
