”The room was of a decent size but had a misty smell. We mentioned about it only on the next morning, and the staff apologized and suggested that had we reported when we first noticed the smell, they would have moved us to another room. Overall, the facility is good and easily accessible. I would still recommend, irrespective of the minor inconvenience given the other benefits it offers due to the proximity to the key areas and businesses in the city.”

The food was high-quality and delicious, even for my wife, who has a special diet (gluten-free), found suitable and tasty options. ”Hotel was very nice and tidy. Service couldn't be better! Rooftop terrance and pool was a perfect getaway from the hectic city life. Downstairs chinese restaurant had great food with ok prices - one of the top restaurants in the city! Also breakfast is worth taking! Would totally recommend this hotel for Chennai visitors. Location is ok and you can easily get a riksha or a cab from the street when going out.”

”The room smell was very musty—like an antique shop—and you can't open the window to air it out. It wasn't as well maintained and trendy as some of the photos make it out to be. Wifi wasn't working well for me, and I had to reach out to staff a few times before it finally got fixed. Sometimes I'd call the reception and no one would pick up. The bed and washroom were comfortable to use. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of variety.”
