Majatalot – Chennai

”While they have fancy staffs and interiors, the way it functions is very poor. They give you one card which is pretty much required everywhere, you need that to use the lift, it’s the power access for the room and if one person wants to leave the room, the power is gone? We raised this concern then a dummy card was given I mean what were they thinking? Dinner and breakfast were ok. They don’t give you the 100% experience for the money you pay for it.”

”24/7 services or guest services calls were some times unanswered , otherwise its an excellent hotel”

”Modern hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The communal areas and rooms are beautifully modern, with stylish, comfortable decor. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and a great place to relax, with lovely bed linen and a fresh modern feel. The rooftop pool was also a highlight, with comfortable loungers and a fantastic view from the top floor. Unfortunately, the Soma Lounge was a little...

”Restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive and sweet. They were really excited to serve the clients and smile at the same time. Front desk was attentive and accommodative. Food was spread was good although I wish there was more South Indian in the room order menu. Food was tasty. Landry staff was prompt and courteous. My stay of 5 days was really good.”

”The staff has been very helpful and goes that extra mile to make your stay most comfortable and accommodate the special request as much as they can. Worth mentioning services provided by Ms. Meryl, Mr. Saravanan, Ms. Oxendrila, Mr. Kennedy, Mr. Keith, Mr. Prabhakaran, Ms. Soundarya, Mr. Thomson, Mr. Jagan beat my expectations. Thanks Only improvement I would suggest is response/actions to the requests placed via phone. I had to do multiple follow up at couple of instances.”

”Great breakfast Kind staff Comfortable Accomodation Enjoyed staying here”

”During our vacation, we stayed at this hotel twice. The hotel is really cozy, and the staff is very friendly. The food was high-quality and delicious, even for my wife, who has a special diet (gluten-free), found suitable and tasty options. We booked a room at a 5-star hotel, but being there felt more like a 6-star experience. We'll definitely use the same hotel every time we visit Chennai in the future! Thank you to the entire staff!”
