”This property is a great place with 1 exception: there was no hand soap for the bathroom. I requested some from the front desk and dish soap was sent up. I explained that I needed hand soap and was told they did not have any. I asked the ladies cleaning the rooms in the morning and received the same answer. It seems to me that a hotel of this caliber and expense could afford to have hand soap available. The breakfast staff, the valet staff, and the front desk staff were great. Acts 4:12”

”The room we were in was very loud. The pipes in the wall was running and making a loud noise all night.”

”The stay was great! Clean rooms, the pool area was clean, and the vibes were also there. There is a bar and a cute sitting area the second floor. The only downside was the parking. They had valet for an up charge but there was street parking nearby.”

On the other hand we went to the very overpriced market in the lobby and the lady at the front desk who checked us out barely acknowledged us and seemed irritated we bought something. ”Be prepared for the dress code standard at this property, collared shirts required at the bar and restaurant no hats in the lobby. you must be well-dressed to lounge in the lobby although it is permissible to traverse the the lobby in street clothes provided you don't work there the rooms are made available to guest but are owned by the Missouri athletic club and it has Country club type rules it's an excellent place to stay but be prepared for this before booking.”

”The suite we were in was not great. The lighting is kinda poor, the hot water in the half bath was just droplets, the room is divided by a door but the bedroom has zero AC vents or airflow, the bathroom fans didn’t work at all, the phone wouldn’t dial to anywhere on or off property, and the halls were just as humid as outside. The wheel, swing and carousel were hits with the kids, but it’s costly. Also don’t get the pork steak at the Train Shed, it’s terrible.”

”This property needs some major updates. It is old and dirty. The toilet in the room didn't work correctly. The only employee that was helpful was the friendly lady at the front desk. I wish I had caught her name she deserves recognition! All the other employees looked as if they hated their job and it would literally kill them to crack a smile. The pool & hot tub were filled with unattended rambunctious children. Overall the stay was not good. Bless the front desk girl for trying to make us feel...

”The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. Property has dedicated street parking but can get busy on Fri and Sat nights due to theatre traffic, however, the manager was very helpful in reserving or securing spots for us so no...
