”Staff was rude they stayed outside my window drinking and smoking all night. Staffbasked people walking past where to get meth from. Rooms are nasty and dirty . I had to go out and get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and kitchen. I looked under the sink and they had foils with black stuff on them. They had hair all in the bathroom on the floor. Manager kept entering the room in the moring. Told them I would be out by 11. But they kept letting themselves in. I had to push the door back...

”I suggested to the staff they leave an "information sheet" in each room with information like breakfast hours, etc. Also a pad of paper and pen would have been useful. I also would have appreciated a clock. Very nice hotel!”

”I know a place like Hyatt costs more than say Comfort Inn, but sometimes spoiling yourself is fun. It was a beautiful property. Clean, well kept, and friendly staff professionally dressed. It was a great experience.”

”My new favorite Denver hotel. The staff is amazing, the coffee bar, bar, and Delicious restaurant. We're all wonderful. I was even able to catch a jazz band out on the patio. A really nice touch to have when you're traveling. The rooms are clean and designed with thought. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Despite being located on a Major Street it's very quiet. I'm always greeted with a smile when I come through the lobby. The lady who works nights watches out for me when I take my dog...

”This was a wonderful stay starting with an excellent breakfast to popcorn in the afternoon ending with happy hour with drinks and so much food you wouldn't even need to go to supper. All of that was amazing. My grandson and I are gym people, and the gym is very small. I was fine as there was an elliptical available to me every morning. My grandson was disappointed as they weights were minimal and did not go up to the weight he lifts, also not enough area or any other equipment that we are used...

”Everything else was fine but the room was super nousu as the hotel is right next to a motorway. Also shower curtain had mold in it. But other then those, the hotel was good.”

”Staff were awesome. The double queen rooms were extremely tight. Pay the extra and get the suite. Breakfast was ok. Not as much of a selection as some other hotels.”

”You get what you pay for. Room was decent, had some minor things needed to be changed. Pool was minimally maintained and an alarm was beeping for days without anyone fixing it. Safety was a concern, the seemingly from the hotel next door. Hotel itself could use some more care. Front desk was awesome and helpful, which was its only saving grace.”

”The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...
