”I didn't even stay there because the woman on the phone was so rude. I called to see if I could cancel because our plans changed and we were offered a closer option with much less driving involved for the last stage of our trip. At first, she just answered the phone like it was her house and didn't even seem to recognize my reservation. When she finally found it, she said oh yes, the room is ready and waiting for you. I will charge you full price if you cancel now. I thought she was mistaken...

”This was a very unique historical quirky lodge on a lake. We were fascinated by it. It served us well for a one night stay near Cooperstown.”
