”Very cute and updated waterside themed rooms. The building and facilities were immaculate. They have tried to make note of everything and it runs very efficiently even when arriving during hours when not staffed. I really liked this hotel.”

”when you turn on the light in the bathroom, the noise is so loud and high-pitched that you cannot use the light. You also cannot stay in the bathroom long enough to take a shower because of the insanely loud noise coming from the light. I have photos that I’m happy to post of baby cockroaches in the kitchen area of the room. And finally, the entire floor that I was on reeked of marijuana into my room. The noise went on until four in the morning with music and people in the hallways, laughing and...

”Nice clean room. Bed and pillows real comfy. Friendly staff and located nice facinity of Hampton Coliseum and Mall. Pool was not as inviting. But overall stay was good and would stay again.”

”for the price, room was average, service was average. Charged for resort fee (twice) only stayed one night, late fall everything is really not active in the resort so why the fee, restaurant charged $30 for a glass of Chardonnay when there were other options that were never offered by the bartender.”

”The room was disgusting. It smelled so bad (from cigarettes) I had to eat my dinner in my car. There was a hair in the bed that looked like pubes, and the room was disgusting. I had a room for a second night but cut my trip short and left. I showered as soon as I got home and washed the clean clothes I had taken because they stink if that room.”

”There was no breakfast, it reeked of animal urine and cigarette smoke I had to switch rooms because the first one was dirty it was not clean the floor was sticky, and the second room there was still stains on the walls everywhere that could have been cleaned up mold all around the mirror mold in the bathroom sink questionable white powder remarks on the mirror. Would not recommend!! there was no breakfast either day I was there!”
