”Stayed in room 427 for only one night.
The only reason I didn’t give a lower rating was due to the night clerk who was very nice although she seemed like she had a pressing issue that needed to be addressed.
The hallway carpet is absolutely disgusting with various stains. Our sink drained so slowly that I thought we had the plug in the down position.

”I recently stayed at the University Inn in Boiling Springs, NC and it was a great experience. ”Pros: the clerk was kind, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean
Cons: felt like prison and guilty before proven innocent. took 30 minutes to check in with an already paid for room. (One guest ahead of me). Plastic partition at front desk felt like jail. Wording of "taking $50 cc deposit would be returned if not stains, etc found in room." Took a bath and while in the bath (husband answered knock at the door) and man asked if someone was taking a shower (yes) and its leaking downstairs...
