”Our stay was luvly, right qhere we wanted to be very cl8se to the beach, rooms very comfortable and clean.Rosemary and David are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are brilliant, we had something different each day and no complaints from us and the warm lemon drizzle cake was divine.”

”A fabulous short break no bad points at all. Will definitely return.”

”It’s so refreshing to wake up to see the view of the Solent on a clear day and the waves lapping on the edges of the beach. The mature trees close to the Beach House truly gave a feeling of well being when one is close to nature. The Beach House holds a history of achievement firstly with the original residents, the Siemens’s family. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Breakfast choices are varied and the cooked option was freshly made. Our room was larger than expected and comfortable....

”Excellent staff - very friendly and nice communal bar area. For me the double bed was a bit narrow and the continental breakfast buffet a little limited but otherwise a very pleasant stay.”

”Fantastic. Really need to keep that a secret!”

”Hotelli on erinomaisella paikalla korkealla kalliolla meren rannassa viehättävässä Shanklinin kylässä. Hotellista portaat suoraan alas rannalle, Shanklinin vanhan kylän puoli kivenheiton päässä. Merenpuoleisista huoneista on upea näköala.

”We had a lovely stay at Bosun's Chair and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the local area and enjoy everything nearby. Our room was beautiful, with cool, stylish décor and a comfortable, welcoming feel. The bathroom was equally impressive, with nice towels and quality toiletries provided. We also appreciated the in-room facilities, including a coffee machine, kettle, tea, hot chocolate and complimentary bottled water. Check-in and check-out were...

”Perfect location in Newport. Simple, easy, clean. Will definitely be back”

”We stayed here for a night. A lovely room in a stunning location on the edge of the New Forest. Our host was super helpful and could not do enough for us. Would certainly stay again.”

”The room its self was clean but very tired. It was very cold as the window/door lets in a draught (old building) but we were provided with a large blanket on arrival but the electric fire in the room was more for decoration rather than heat. The staff were happy to help with our requests for extra towels and coffee. It was a very unique experience.”
