”The location of the property is fantastic. The biggest disappointment was we stayed over a very hot weekend and there was no installed air-conditioning therefore a Mobile Aircon unit was brought to the room but it didn’t work and the room was absolutely sweltering all weekend. We couldn’t sleep during the heat and it spoilt our stay.”

”A great place to stay only 10 minutes from railway station and a further 10 minute from town centre. All the staff friendly, helpful, welcoming and advising of walks, bar/restaurant. Around the corner of the B & B is a street with many small shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and mini markets.”

”We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,...

”We selected the hotel due to its central location, near the rain station, a walk distance away from the old town. The hotel is modern and stylish and it has all the needed services in one package. Breakfast had a wider range of options than I expected from this kind of hotel! We didn't hear any sounds from other rooms, so quiet and good sleep.”

”Check in was made so easy by David :) He was friendly, knowledgable and professional. Rooms were comfy, clean and quiet to say we wer on floor 3 facing the main road. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. Parking easy and cost effective. Overall avery pleasant stay. All staff we spoke to were very nice. Barman very nice too.”
