First room was not clean at all. Bedding was torn floors hadn’t been vacuumed/mopped in awhile very dusty .. odd calendar hanging on the wall.. second room was a bit better floors still looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.. not sure what the smell was but it was not a pleasant one.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Festus - St. Louis South
The Hotel is close to the highway and many restaurants to choose from. Rooms could use a really good cleaning and cosmetic touch ups bathroom was starting to get mold around caulk in the shower. "Little Brick House on Main (1865)”
Very good communication from Heidi! We just loved the little Brick House on the square. Everything was so cute and well maintained. So many close places to dine for lunch and dinner that were fantastic! Highly recommend
