Food was excellent and room was very clean
Staff were very friendly
The one downside was that there was no parking but that was the same for all hotels in that area

”Our stay was amazing from start to finish. I was kept updated with information regading all aspects including check-in protocol, wifi details and breakfast timetables.
Our only interaction with staff personally, was at breakfast, which was delicious.
We had a great conversation with one of the staff who gave us some fantastic advice and information in preparation for our visit to Edinburgh later that day.

”This was a rabbit warren of a hotel, with rooms of all shapes and sizes scattered throughout the site. We were initially given a very dark room, which was a strange shape, and a yapping dog next door; we were given a much better room when we complained.
There was a problem with the wifi connection throughout our stay, and as the mobile phone signal was poor, we had to leave the hotel to get an internet connection.
There was insufficient car parking on site and so we had to pay £10.80 per day at...
”Super choice of hotel as it is near the station, so it easy to get to & from.
It is also located a bit away from the main shopping area, so quieter than if nearer the town.
The staff too were very friendly & helpful.”
”Every where in the hotel was very clean and well presented, the dining room was spacious and comfortable, breakfasts were amazing. The bar was also good and although we didn't eat the food looked good. The hotel and bar are very dog friendly. Everyone was warm and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay.
