Great property with affordable prices and easy to get to all the main sights of Chiangmai. Staff were super friendly and the pool was great! Nice and clean with them refreshing the room daily. Only notes were you could tell things were a little worn but overall in great condition, especially for the price.

The staff are always cleaning. They accommodated my need for a walk-in shower. Gave us a lovely room. I fell at the hotel and they were so helpful and caring. All the staff are friendly and kind.

Tres bel hotel, personnel super gentils, ils sont toujours prêts a aider. Situation dans la vieille ville, mais les rues sont difficiles pour la marche, car bcp de reparations de trottoirs aux alentour. Tres tranquille le soir, on entends rien.

Property is conveniently located inside the Old City walls. Room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only hiccup was parking - they only have 2 spots and they were being repaired - you can park in front of hotel but need to move car every day at midnight to the other side of the street.

The staff was very nice and helped me out when I forgot my key in my room. It’s a great location and very walkable to the Old City spots. But with that in mind, I think they slightly cater to the backpacker variety which is also reflected in some of the cleanliness. I could see the bottom of the bed was a bit scuffed and while there’s a ton of space, I’m a bit of a neat freak and probably wouldn’t have wanted to stay more than a night or two.

分かりやすい場所、オールドシティ内で便利なロケーションです。 フロントスタッフさん達、皆さん親切です！ 日本語を話せる女性スタッフさんもいました。 シャワーヘッドの位置と部屋のドアスコープの位置が少し高いですが、快適に過ごせます。 プールもあり、宿泊の子供さん達は利用してました。 また、訪れたいホテルです。

We loved our stay at Moon Dragon Hotel. It is a super convenient location in the Old City, with plenty of restaurants and stores around. The room was sparkly clean, with great AC and a TV with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring around the city. We did not use the pool, but it looked beautiful and inviting. Check-in was effortless, and they held our luggage in reception as we arrived early.

Clean, friendly & helpful staff, pool is great for a dip after long day out. Great coffee at the foyer in the morning. Short walk to restaurants, must try Kat’s Kitchen, wet market, temples. We booked private tour with travel agent just next door much cheaper then online.

I like the staffs are so warm welcome their customers, so courteous, always go out of their way to help. I sure will come again. I like it better if they open the pool earlier for guest to use , around 6 or 7am

I cannot comment too much about the hotel because I stayed there only for a few hours. I was most impressed about the staff at reception area. They went way out of their way to help me find a solution for repair options with my luggage. Absolutely fabulous!

The Moon Dragon was a short 10 minute drive from the airport. The location was fantastic! It near an assortment of dining options, temples, and spas. Everything was walking distance even for us, a family of 4 which includes a toddler. The hotel was quiet, clean, and very accommodating. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was everything we expected. The pictures online don’t do justice. They also have a laundry service (wash&fold) that we took advantage of and they did a great job with our clothes. Overall the quality is great, I would highly recommend staying here and is definitely book here in the future.

Was amazing! Was beautiful and overall 10/10. There was a street market right outside of the hotel and 5 minutes walking to all of the shops and food ! Mind you that’s the main part. It’s they perfect spot and absolutely stunning

Had a great stay at Moon Dragon. The hotel is in a great location in Old Town, close to all the temples, restaurants and the night market is right in front of the hotel, which cannot be missed. The pool and beautiful court yard is key to cooling down after a day of exploring. The room was well appointed and clean. I recommend this hotel.

Wouldn’t stay again
Lots of small things that went wrong made this stay less than ideal, there are better properties around for this price. The location however is absolutely perfect.

This small hotel is super cute and comfortable to stay at. We've previously stayed before and found the beds super comfortable and so we came back and stayed for longer. It has lots of food options around and on the weekends the market is set up outside the hotel for your convenience. Great and friendly staff to always greet you too. Highly recommend and will be back again.
