We strive for excellent service and we do everything we can to ensure the personnel are trained and the processes are intact. However, mishap occasionally happened. We do apologize for your inconvenience about breakfast. It was a total miscommunication. Guests can select breakfast to be served at either in their suite or at the restaurant. During this time when the weather is nice, we suggest restaurant as a primary dining option. However, it does not deter you from in-room dining. Regarding the call to your suite, first of all we did not realize that 9 a.m. was an inappropriate time for you. Secondly, the person at your end and we were not able to communicate clearly. It was not anyone’s intent for you to have to come to the lobby. You could have verified some information with us over the phone so that we could communicate with the rental car company. We always encourage guests to rent a car with us to avoid a possibility of communication issues with outside rental car companies. We keep proper record and look after everything for you. These lessons have been well studied and will definitely make us better. We will ensure that similar issues will never happen again.
