Usually, I booked with this hotel because it’s close to my work and all my friends but the last two times I worked with this hotel first day was OK second day with this winter at Chicago. I have no heat in my room. I talked to the front desk since morning. I told them there is no heat in my room he told me they will fix it, but they didn’t until I came back to my room at night. There is no heat I back to the front desk. I told them the room it’s freezing. There is no heat in my room. I cannot sleep at this room. He told me I can’t do nothing if you want to change your room. I have all my stuff in my room but anyways and second day it was OK. Second time I booked with this hotel also as usual because it’s close to my work and everything everybody when they book the hotel they checked where they come with the hotel on the website. They said it’s Smart TV when I came to room. I told them it’s a smart TV but their remote control it’s not smart. Can you give me one? He said I don’t have anyone. I can’t do nothing. Wait until tomorrow to change the room for you like what of the other room they don’t have this remote control he told me I cannot do nothing right now because I don’t have the remote control. Smelling of their rooms are very bad not cleaning good bathrooms. You can see hair everywhere. Bed smelling nasty weird also shampoo, body wash conditioner smelling very weird. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
