- We only accept cats with prior approval for $75 per pet fee. Pets may not be left unattended unless they are properly crated and must follow all quiet hours. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, pets are not allowed on furniture. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning only and does not include damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or costs related to excessive hair or odor removal.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
