The Space:

This 5th-floor studio has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. It’s fully furnished with a full-size bed, sofa, TV, kitchen, and private bathroom. The natural light makes the space feel warm and open, and it’s perfect for one or two guests.



You'll also have access to Wi-Fi for work or streaming, and the kitchen is stocked with basics so you can cook at home if you’d like. It’s a great little space to unwind, sleep in, or just enjoy a quiet night after exploring the area.



Guest Access:

You’ve got the whole apartment to yourself, no shared spaces. Feel free to use everything inside the unit, including the kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Self check-in makes it easy so you can come and go on your own time.



Thank you for understanding that our property's climate control system is operated according to the season. Air conditioning is available during warmer weather, and heating is provided during colder periods.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to Hyde Park, one of Chicago’s most iconic neighborhoods. It’s got a mix of historic charm and lowkey cool energy. Think cozy cafes, local eateries, lakefront views, and a bit of culture sprinkled in everywhere. You’re close to the University of Chicago vibe, museums, parks, and plenty of spots to just walk around and explore.



Getting Around:

Super easy to move around from here. You’ve got buses and train lines nearby that connect you to downtown Chicago and other major areas. Rideshares are always available too if you’re going for something quick and direct. If you like walking, the neighborhood itself is very walkable with plenty to see nearby.



Other Things to Note:

Bookings may require a quick ID check and extra info for confirmation.



Dogs are accepted with advance approval. Some breed and weight restrictions may apply, so please send us your dog’s information before booking. Cats are welcome as well.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
