”This hotel was an absolute disaster, and the entire experience left my girlfriend and me feeling grossed out, frustrated, and genuinely unsafe. The rooms were far from clean—every single one had visible mold in the bathroom: black patches and spots covering the grout, shower tiles, wall edges, and caulking. It looked like years of neglect, even without any obvious smell.
I had to switch rooms three times because each one was a new level of unacceptable:

”I witnessed a lot, and I stay here frequently when I travel to the Chicago area.
People on the top floor are smoking with the windows open.
CRACKHEADS walking in and out of the side doors.
Lots of men standing around the side entrance doors smoking weed (I respect them doing it outside more than their rooms but move away from the entrance door at least).
The elevator was trashy. Full of popcorn. I was nice enough to let the front desk attendant know. Everyone is ignored it!

He ended up kicking us both out and calling the cops after apologizing for her behavior/phone call to him... mknd you ive done nothing wrong didnt argue with her or anything. He had no compassion, empathy or care for a human being. also was only there for 3 hours the first day and would not refubd me fof the next day...
