They wanted me to do the payment twice and when I refused they threatened to call the police even though they had made a mistake and had assigned my initial payment to another room and they were lacking the information whose room I had paid previously. I was initially given incorrect information about the available payment options, and no receipt was provided after my payment. No apologize from the stuff. Very rude customer service. I have never experienced anything like this.
