The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"Fabulous hotel and apartments that exceeded our expectations, Plenty to do and walks were amazing. "Nice stay, clean room, friendly staff, good, large gym. I thought it’s a bit mean to charge £6 for car park- it’s already 3 miles out of Oxford near the ring road! But easy way to increase turnover!"
