The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came. I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation ...

Aivan ihana, mutta kadun ÀÀnet kuuluvat
Muuten aivan kerta kaikkiaan tÀydellinen hotelli, mutta museotason ikkunoista kuului kadun meteli huoneeseen unta hÀiriten, korvatulpista huolimatta. Kannattaa ehkÀ pyytÀÀ hiljaista huonetta jos on herkkÀuninen. Uskomattoman hieno sisustus, todella siisti, ystÀvÀllinen palvelu.
