”This is a very cozy motel on a very charming street. Prime location to the train station and the Castle. The staffs are warm and helpful. We love the breakfast! The only thing I complain is we booked room 2 from Expedia for higher charge because its description stated it has a king size bed. However, the room is also labeled as a double room and there is no king size bed. I hope Expedia's description is more accurate!”

”Stayed in the hotel for one night since my congress hotel nearby was fully booked. A very positive surprise in the English countryside: friendly staff, tidy spacious rooms, good quality food. I will visit again, should my travels take me into this direction.”

”We visited the hotel for a business meetings nearby. The place is very traditional English Inn. Nice pub with good food. The rooms are clean and ok, but the place is a little worn down. I a still like it.”

”Good for a short stay, very basic pub accomodation. Located practically in the middle of nowhere and there's no possibility to go for a walk or a run in the evening. The pub downstairs is good, with reasonably priced food and drinks. Friendly staff. Stayed at the room 12 which at the time of my stay didnd't have any shower! This is unacceptable even temporarily, such room should not be offered at all.”

”Jeg bestilte rommet på kort varsel, samme dag. Pris og standard gav valutta for pengene. I tillegg til et hyggelig rom, med stort bad og kaffe/te, var det en god restaurant. Spiste maten ved elvebredden. Det finnes også varmelamper som tennes om kvelden når det blor kjølig. Personalet var vennlige og imøtekommende. Stor frokostmeny samt frukt, yoghurt og frokostbalnding. Kort spasertur til sentrum. ”
