”Enjoyable - very quiet location”

”What a lovely find. Firstly the excellent Aldo and his staff. Friendly and efficient. Always willing to go the extra mile and nothing too much trouble. Need something and you'll get an immediate response. A lovely fella. The rooms were perfect for us. Tucked in a quiet back street in the old city. Quiet. Inside the property be prepared for steep steps and in our suite a tight metal/wood staircase to the mezzanine bedroom. But really it was great and if you want to venture up to the roof terrace,...

”The best location you can get in Lecce. Steps from the centro historico, quiet even though it's on a relatively busy street, with easy, gated parking right in front of the Dimora. A beautiful old converted mansion. The breakfasts were tasty, plentiful, and the service was great. If you like staying in a city center, this is a great choice, and with the easy parking, coming and going is a snap. The room wasn't large, but it had a lovely balcony and was bright and airy. We'll stay there again.”

”Excellent location in a corner of the Centro Storico, but also convenient for Mazzini. Great restaurant options from Mamma Elvira group and countless other options. Our 2 bed apartment had one bedroom leading off the other, so would've been better for a family rather that friends. Most importantly, excellent air con in all rooms!”

”Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.”

”The staff were absolutely amazing. They booked and recommended fabulous restaurants. We chatted and laughed with them in general especially the reception team. Room was cleaned every day by welcoming cleaning team. The breakfast was à la carte and really nice. Lovely comfortable beds and great to have a table and chairs to sit at outside your room in a terrace ( shared. And the back door onto Centro Historico was a welcome bonus. ”Nice room, good location. Only negative I can come up with is that the door to your room is next to the breakfast room. If you want to sleep late, you will wake up for the noices when other people go to have breakfast. But there were only 4 rooms so that was not a big issue and I would stay in this B&B again. The lady, who took care of us was super frindly and nice. The house itself is beautiful. The bed was super comfortable!!! ”

We got lucky with parking but parking is an issue throughout Italy. ”The B&B is located a short walk outside the old town in a very quiet residential area. The building is well maintained and is about 9-10 suites in total. Our room/bathroom was a good size and very clean. The air conditioner in the room worked well which was wonderful given the June heat. The morning breakfast is served on the 3rd floor that has a lovely terrace. Breakfast is your typical Italian buffet, with a good variety of options. The staff are friendly and attentive.
