”This place helped me big time in a pickle. The stay was very nice. Beds were comfortable. Showers screams at you but that's not anyone's fault really it's the water pressure. In the absolute perfect spot not all the way into Manitou but at the prefect spot to walk there and back!!! Very quiet at night! Whomever now owns it is definitely fixing it and making it a great place to stay! No homeless around which is great considering the area a mile closer to the springs!! Didn't get a chance to go to...
