”We stayed at Villa Motel while visiting the Manitou Springs area and found it to be a wonderful place to stay, especially with its convenient location near Pikes Peak. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean, and included a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. ”I was there by myself. I needed a place to stay I felt safe. While this is an older motel it was clean. I did find a couple bugs inside. PLUS, you could see through the bottom of the entry door Nice shower. Bed was squeaky and not the best mattress. But owner was super nice. I would stay there again.”

”The breakfast was incredible. Fresh, hot homemade baked French toast, pistachio chocolate cake, fresh fruit salad. Arlene is an amazing cook and a fascinating person.”

”Check in took a very long time, and the staff member gave the impression something was wrong with the reservation and left the room. The room was not very clean and was not in good repair. This was not a safe area with many questionable people hanging around after dark. There was lots of noise in the room above us every night between 9 pm and 2 am. At first we thought it was furniture moving, but then decided it was dogs playing with toys and barking.”

”I never leave reviews but taking the time after our 4 night stay & had 2 rooms. The Staff was great entire time. Very friendly and helpful to help us celebrate daughter's 21st birthday. Rooms were extremely clean, VERY comfy beds. Upgraded 1 of our 2 rooms to a kitchenette which came in very handy and cooked several meals there. There's even coffee tables and night stands. Plenty of room with a full table and 4 normal chairs to eat at. They let us check in like 4 hours early for free!...

”Breakfast was good with several hot options, hard to keep everything stocked, but staff tried. It is not the cheapest hotel, so I was surprised to pay $21 a night for onsite parking. Room was spacious and good water pressure in the shower. Wish AC was stronger, it never got below 72 even though we had it on high the entire time.”

”Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.”

”Only stayed here one night to sleep. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again if ever in the area.”
