”While the hotel itself appeared nice at first glance, our overall experience was disappointing. One of the biggest frustrations was the television system, which did not allow us to stream programs from our devices, making it difficult to relax and enjoy entertainment during our stay. ”We had a most excellent stay at the Villa Motel. The staff was gracious and helpful. The room had everything you needed and nothing you didn’t for a wonderful stay at Manitou Springs, a big clean bed to sleep on after a long day of enjoying the natural beauty of the area.”

”A great place with very friendly staff! This unique, eclectic place will be our go to when we are in the area! So close to everything. There are tons of amenities and all the staff were wonderful! From free bikes you can use, to a heated pool, bar, food, great breakfast, pet Friendly and again the staff were great! Very close to Manitou Springs, Garden of the gods, Historic Colorado city and more! You can walk, ride your bike or take the free bus everywhere if you don’t want to drive!”

”Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.”

”Older hotel, but nice clean rooms. You can hear everything in the hallway, but it was a quiet night. Breakfast was great. We were looking forward to the hot tub but it wasn’t very hot and the jets didn’t work. We still used it though.”

”The location and grounds were spectacular. The 700+ acres were like having your private "Garden of the Gods" for hiking and viewing.”

”The breakfast was incredible. Fresh, hot homemade baked French toast, pistachio chocolate cake, fresh fruit salad. Arlene is an amazing cook and a fascinating person.”

”Close to I-25 so great for our site-seeing trips to Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, as well as Downtown. Comfy bed. Spacious suite!”

”There was a terrible odor when we entered the room and it got worse each day. On our last night across from us there was a small dog. The owner was gone and the dog bark from 4 PM to 10:30 PM until the owner came home. We contacted the main desk and they were going to try to reach the owner. Nothing was resolved. There was no offer of reducing our expenses.”
