The location of the hotel was excellent in the center of Nice and very near the beach. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and suprisingly large and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very good.

"Nice swimming pool. Otherwise nice rooms, but there was no air conditioning or even ventilation in the room. You have to keep the door of balcony open and the balcony was shared with the next room. Wi-fi wasn't working at all."
