”My room wasn't ready at 4p waited 40mins or more. The woman at the desk didn't informed me that my room was ready. I over heard her telling someone else that she had a room available for her when she came in 40min after me. I waited 5 min to see if she was going to call me to the desk for my room. Unfortunately she didn't... I checked out the next morning around: 9:45am - 10:00am I over heard the same woman letting the man in front of me know about the breakfast when he checked out. Again...

”The check in started with down systems .. no keys could be issued.. the hallways & lobby was hot! No air… The general manager was NASTY & RUDE when asked about the no key situation.. There guests smoking WEED in their room close to our room.. we smelled it down the hall and inside the room! Went to the lobby and they gave us a new room.. a downgrade from a King room to a Queen room.. Floors were sticky and dirty.. NO NEW TOWELS were issued in our 4 day stay! Called CORPORATE on this hotel and...

”The room was very clean, towels were really plush, bed and pillows were plush and comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night and location was fabulous and very safe in a very upscale neighborhood. The only quirky thing was the bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door made out of frosted glass with no lock, so the bathroom was not private if you are staying with your children, etc.”
