”Page 2 of review for April 4, 2026. The manager called the police to have us arrested for tresspassing. My husband and I are seniors and our son who was with us is disabled. The police came to the hotel and spoke with us. We talked to them about out situation and they told us we would not be arrested. They left and in a few minutes they came back, handed us two room keys and said an anonomys donation was made on our behalf and we had a room for one night. We were very excited and so grateful....

Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. Another tenant at the property was kind enough to answer the door but expressed that they received the same mistreatment as my...

”The hotel is in transition so we were willing to cut them a little slack, but despite asking, we never got fresh towels or more coffee or the trash emptied in six days. Or the beds made. The room itself was adequate and we loved the soaps and shampoos.”

”I had a terrible experience, no staff to assist at front desk, no toilet papers in washroom, washroom door lock isn’t working, flush is having problem. Never gonna stay here again. ”

”Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

”Check in and out was easy. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. I liked having the fridge and microwave (thought, word to the wise its not a strong wattage) I did have an issue with the iron and they fixed the issue within 5-10 minutes after I called. There were elevator issues, which were annoying as heck, especially when you are on the 7th floor and weren't looking to go to the "gym" and had to climb up, but it is what it is...
