”I wanted a balcony but ended up on the 2nd floor with a regular window. We still made the best out our of stay and staff was very helpful ”

”There’s no water pressure the toilet even has no water pressure. The staff is really cold. Some are nice but most are cold. There are terrible directions on the top floor to get to places. There are no signs and it’s very dark, including in the room.”

”I could hear everything the person in the next room was saying and doing. Hotel smelled like pee and cigarettes walking in lobby. ”

”No hot water in the three rooms we were moved to and our refrigerator was warm and moldy. There is only one suitcase cart for the whole property and someone had it stowed in their room and no one could find it..never again!”

”I was at this hotel for four days and my room was never cleaned nor were the coffee supplies replenished. Trash cans not emptied nor was the bed made. Each day I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee and that it be replenished. On the second day I asked that my room be cleaned and it never happened. Staff seemed indifferent to their guests requests.”
