My assigned room had towels on the floor and dirty sheets, and when I requested a new room, I received bad attitude like it’s my fault they didn’t clean the space. Will not be staying there again. ”We booked and paid for 2 Queen beds. We did not get that. 1 king bed with pull out sofa is what we were given. I checked at desk and they said they sold out. Very confusing as we booked (reserved) two queen beds. How do you give our room away? Sofa bed pretty rough as well. Lady at desk did her best but couldn't do anything. We usually have great stays with Home2Suites. Unfortunately, this was not one of those.”

Constantly tells people they don’t have rooms for them even when they have confirmation #. Happened to us and we waited 2 hrs for a room. The lobby was full of other people in the same situation. No way this hotel passes any inspection. Impossible. We left 1 day early and went home just to not stay there for...
