”Beautiful room ”

”Ihan hyvä hotelli lähellä isoa ostoskeskusta. Huoneeseen sisältyvä aamiainen oli tyydyttävä.”

”The room was cool. The only issue I have is that the shower head was pretty rusty and had limescale on it. The breakfast was nice. Pretty standard. I do wish they had non pork options for the meats. But it was cool. I appreciated the microwave. Parking filled up fast but I was able to find a spot. This is a convenient spot to stay in near the mall. ”

”There’s no water pressure the toilet even has no water pressure. The staff is really cold. Some are nice but most are cold. There are terrible directions on the top floor to get to places. There are no signs and it’s very dark, including in the room.”

”Perfectly fine. But i question the size of the beds. I did not think they were 2 queens beds. They seemed like double beds or full size beds to me. Otherwise, the place was good for a night. Not noisy or anything like that, but we also stayed midweek.”

”We realized chargers left in the room right after we checked out, the chargers have gone when we went back to the room for checking. And could not find it from the reception center, the staff are rude. We had to look for housekeeping people by ourselves… I reserved the room and left my bank information, when checked out, they charged from others’ credit card… that’s ridiculous!!!”

”The heated pool/jacuzzi was awesome, bathroom was huge and clean towels and bedsheets daily, very nice stay!”

”I stayed with my daughter for a dance competition nearby. The shower wall had MANY little black curly hairs stuck to it. The shower drain area had long black hair. It was really disgusting. We just felt very dirty. ”

”Absolutely zero sound proofing. You can hear your neighbors opening their blinds. Lots of highway noise too.”

”Hotel is very clean, we like it. But the staff service was awful. When We got there is no one in the front desk. I waited about 6-8 minutes a young man came out from associate room. He looks unhappy at all. No greeting, only asked my name and credit card, then give me the room key. That's it. He didn't tell us any hotel information likes how to get to my room, what time is breakfast, what is wifi password. It was nice location, clean hotel, but too sad the staff service was bad.”

”I have absolutely no complaints. We had a great time. The lobby is fun and relaxing. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean maybe a little on the small side, but However, that was acceptable given the overall accommodations. ”

”Very comfortable beds, great breakfast options, very happy with milk choices (chocolate, almond, regular) Staff was nice and helpful!”
