”The hotel charges premium rates but delivers subpar amenities and quality. Our neighbors had three adults and three kids crammed into one room, making it extremely loud and disruptive. Not worth the price at all. ”

”Inside is truly scary. The lobby is nice, then when you entire the hotel to find your room, it is old and broken down. Scary to walkthrough at night. Front desk lady had mad attitude for no reason. My assigned room had towels on the floor and dirty sheets, and when I requested a new room, I received bad attitude like it’s my fault they didn’t clean the space. Will not be staying there again. The walkway to the rooms had trash and smelled like bleach, the floor is nasty. They sure know how to put...

”The pool was not what we considered heated. 72 degree was cold. Typical indoor pools are heated to 80-88 degrees. Swimming was not possible unless you want to do a polar plunge”

”We booked and paid for 2 Queen beds. We did not get that. 1 king bed with pull out sofa is what we were given. I checked at desk and they said they sold out. Very confusing as we booked (reserved) two queen beds. How do you give our room away? Sofa bed pretty rough as well. Lady at desk did her best but couldn't do anything. We usually have great stays with Home2Suites. Unfortunately, this was not one of those.”

”At Homewood Suites by Hilton, Plymouth Meeting, PA ... • Thursday was a late check-in. The front desk was not manned; called the front desk number to see if staff would hear it. One staff member showed up about 15 minutes later. • Friday breakfast was "minimal" at best. No forks, coffee was out, and only fatty bacon was offered in the hot meal. Breakfast was closed about 1 hour earlier than advertised. Saturday breakfast was much better.”
