”The room we booked was a two bedroom apartment with a cinema room and a kitchen. It was spacious as it had two bathrooms and a huge lounge - perfect for a family. The slight downside was the tv and sound system wasn’t working in the cinema room but overall the staff were helpful by allowing us to check out a little later than normal.
I have to give special mentions for Jane and Katie (at the reception desk) and Harry (restaurant and bar). All of whom were excellent with the way they interacted...

”Gorgeous house sitting next to a farm. Not location I thought it would be on the map as there is a dual carriageway between it and Christchurch town. A local told me we could have walked down the road and over the footbridge into centre within 20mins. Wasn't told this and there was no local info said to us nor written, only plugging local eaterie in which they have an interest. ”Had a lovely nights stay. Room was huge really well appointed and super comfortable and spotless clean.
Great location in centre of town.
Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.
One slightly odd thing both the bed and the side of the bath were extraordinarily high. I’m 5ft 1 and literally had to climb into bed and into the over bath shower. Don’t know how I would have faired if I had mobility issues.
Really nice Hotel and throughly recommended.”

”I LOVED this place! A proper British pub, that was so cozy it felt like home. I absolutely loved the towel warmers ( we don't have that in the US) and the Ily coffee in the room with a French press and cookies. Was an extra cherry on top! The bed was so comfortable and felt like I was in the countryside tucked away from the world. I absolutely loved it and would 10/10 come back and stay again! Not to mention the breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Thank you for such a great stay!”
