”Very uncomfortable location not ideal”

”Loved the pool. Staff was great. I suggest they do a better job cleaning the floors in the room though. They were quite dirty. Socks got very dirty fast so I decided to wear shoes inside.”

”We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

”This hotel is old. It is well maintained, and the exterior has had a facelift, but the interior needs one. Fortunately the best are newer and the linens were lovely. But I wouldn't set my suitcase, let alone, sit on the chair in the room. It looked disgusting. And the room had no AC on, so at 10 PM we walked into a HOT stuffy room. ”Great hotel if on a budget”

”Clean, convenient, great beds, very attractive rooms and hotel inside and out is beautiful and beautifully maintained. Also excellent breakfast. When we’re in Tucson overnight, this hotel will always be our first choice.”

”At this price range, one gets all the usual amenties and then some. The pool and hot tub were an ideal addition you don't get at other locations similarly priced. Staff actually went beyond to help with an issue in my suite. I will definitely book here again!”

”The staff was great. Great location. But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price.”
