”We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

”This hotel is old. It is well maintained, and the exterior has had a facelift, but the interior needs one. Fortunately the best are newer and the linens were lovely. But I wouldn't set my suitcase, let alone, sit on the chair in the room. It looked disgusting. And the room had no AC on, so at 10 PM we walked into a HOT stuffy room. ”Clean, convenient, great beds, very attractive rooms and hotel inside and out is beautiful and beautifully maintained. Also excellent breakfast. When we’re in Tucson overnight, this hotel will always be our first choice.”

”Nice property good location and great amenities such as gym, laundry and pool. Lobby, hall ways and elevator floors were dirty was surprising considering it is such a nice property. Elevator was the worst. Room was very nice and clean and upgraded!”

But I was itching really bad on my first night because I have sensitive skin, so I put a pretzel down in the other side of the bed that I slept in just to see if they clean their sheets. I checked it the next day I came back and the pretzel was still there. So I slept in the other bed. The next day I asked room service to change the sheets while I was there. The pool was also a brownish. Other than that it wasn’t bad for the price.”
