”very rundown property. Very dirty my sheets did not appear to be washed. There was hair on my pillowcase dirt and grime in the corners of the bathroom hair in the bathroom drain homeless people in the lobby fighting with the staff felt very unsafe and unclean will never stay here again.”

”There was quiet a lot of hair strands on the bed, not sure if it was after drying them and getting stuck on the sheets. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful during check in and checking out. Overall, our stay went smooth and it was good. Would highly recommend to a friend if they needed a hotel to stay at. ”

”The people were nice, but the place was gross. Stains on the carpet, holes in the walls, bar music could be heard late at night and early in the morning. Also, there is not check in counter, you check in at the bar, so you are walking past people eating at their tables with your luggage to check in. Would not recommend. ”

”We knew the price was low, but room was cold and heat didn’t work. Hard in winter weather when getting into nice warm room is important. Could have been cleaner. Lots of hot water though. ”

”the rooms where very clean, but the area around is not so good, to go to the centre of Anchorage you will need about 45 minutes by walk one way, but it is a good point for activities, but it will be better, to rent a car, because bus station is not near and the bus don't go very often”

”Price was right. Location is close to airport. Shuttle service was on time. However, driver did not help with bags. Room was clean. Air gap under door allowed hallway noise in room. ”

”Basic hotel, nothing special. A little dirty in general in rooms and common areas. Lots of cigarette butts littered outside entrances . Best part for families with young kids -Nice sized pool and hot tub and breakfast included. I’ll stay at Aloft next time I’m in Anchorage.”
